Hey,
I've got two extra tickets to Great Taste this weekend in Madison, and
wondered if anyone wanted them. $30 is the face value, and I'm going to Town Hall
on Wednesday night so that could be a good spot to exchange. No hotels are
left in the area, but I found a Super 8 in Lake Delton for too much money.
First come, first served.

Hello everyone,
Since I’m an on a tirade this morning. I also need volunteers for Saturday, August 26 at the State Fair Grounds. Typically, we do a sweet brewing demo as well as handing out MHBA brochures, homebrew catalogues and talk to thousands of people about brewing. Meanwhile, in the background is the hustle and bustle of State Fair and our BOS event. This is a very large media event for homebrewing and awesome publicity for all of us and the hobby.
I need somebrewingbuddy to do portable brewing demonstration. You need your pot, chiller, paddle, propane, a wagon to haul it, etc. The minimum equipment to do an extract brew on the State Fair site. I also need several volunteers to run the table hand out brochures and talk to people about brewing and homebrew. I need some volunteers to sign up quick because I need a “number” for volunteers besides myself and three BOS judges.

Hello Everyone,
I received one email for a volunteer. I’m still looking for about 5 people to help me organizing, sort and label bottles for State Fair. Last year, we had 250 entries and I’m anticipating just has much. This is open to everyone.
When: Saturday, August 12, 2006 (one week before first round judging)
Time: 10am to until finished (probably around 2 or 3pm)
Where: My house. I’ll send directions to you personally.
Included: a nice light lunch on the grill, pasta salad and some brew. Of course, you can bring your own beer so we sample it, too. If you only have mead, that’s ok, too.
Please reply if you are interested.
Regards,
Sean
