Authors: Sen Tom Saxhaug and Rep Tom Anzelc. See attachment for possible language to be drafted. The language here closely mirrors what is in the federal law. It doesn't specifically address serving to the public which seems to be the issue that Steve Benson's club was pushing, so I'm not sure what to make of it.
