Here is a bill working its way through the Minnesota legislature.  You might want to get in touch with your State congresspeople and senators and let them know your thoughts about it!

The language here closely mirrors what is in the federal law.  It doesn’t specifically address serving to the public which seems to be the issue that Steve Benson’s club was pushing, so I’m not sure what to make of it.
