I made two all-Brett beers (from one batch of wort) and I'm going to be on Basic Brewing Radio to discuss the process and results. During the interview, it would be nice to at least appear as though I know what I'm talking about. Anyone know how to pronounce these?
1. "LAM-ba-cus"
2. "lam-BEEK-us"
any other way to say that?
1. "claw-senn-eye"?
2. "clough-senn-eye"
3. or is the last syllable "eee"?
I know it doesn't really matter and some folks pronounce them differently anyway, but just thought I'd throw it out there.
If you are interested, here is my log entry so far. I still have to provide more current tasting notes.

Hey everyone -

We are hoping to have over 100 entries. This contest is registered with the AHA/BJCP and we welcome judges of all skill levels (we pair people with limited experience with Certified or higher ranked judges whenever possible). Please consider entering your American style beers and signing up to help out. Both can be done at our website: www.mncraftbeerweekcontest.com.
P.S. Paypal is up and running. Sorry about the hassles with the site. As always, feel free to email me with any questions or comments.
P.S.S. I am looking for a couple of experienced judges for Best of Show. Please email me privately if you are interested.

Yes, it is that time of year again. The Great Taste is just a few months away, Saturday August 13th to be exact. Tickets are 50.00 each this year. For those of you that have never been there or have not even heard of it... I will tell you that you must go!!! For more info about the festival visit their web site www.mhtg.org/great-taste-of-the-midwest. this year we are trying something a little bit different. The Minnesota Home Brewers association has blocked 30 rooms for a 2 night stay, Friday and Saturday night at the Sheraton Madison Hotel located just a short walk from the festival. I must ask that if you are purchasing tickets from us you will be required to stay at the Sheraton for both nights. 2 TIX PER ROOM. If you are purchasing 4 tix you are required to book 2 rooms. After all the rooms have been booked, if 4 people want to share 1 room we will then have to find somebody that has not purchased a ticket from us that happens to need a room close to the festivaL. Our discounted hotel rate is 139.00 per night plus tax is about 318.00 for both nights. This does not need to be paid until you get there. The Hotel has agreed to shuttle us up to the brew pubs so that we can keep our driving to a minimum and keep everybody safe. I'LL DRINK TO THAT!! Once you have decided if you can put up with your fellow Home Brewers for 2 nights then you may proceed to my instructions. This will be a first respond first recieve basis. Send me a new e-mail. DO NOT REPLY TO ME THROUGH THIS E-MAIL!!!! Make a new E-mail send to my address AS FOLLOWS. jeffluskey(a)frontiernet.net This is what I need you to put in the subject heading: GTOM #OF TIX YOUR NAME. It should look like this. GTOM 4 JEFF LUSKEY. There is a 4 ticket limit. I will contact you in the order recieved. I will need your ticket payment in my hand no later then Monday My 9th. As I need to get A check mailed to pay for our tix by the 15th. I am not going to use paypal this year as it costs too much. I will take a check written out to me or a money order. I will give you the hotel info once your payment for the tix is recieved, so that you can confirm with the hotel and give them your credit card. GOOD LUCK!!! Jeff
