Assistant Brewmaster
How would you like to work for the largest brewery in
Minnesota? Cold Spring Brewing Company, located
90-miles west of Minneapolis, is currently seeking an Assistant
Brewmaster to lead us in making and selling the highest quality beers on a
regional and national level.
The Assistant Brewmaster
will work with the Brewmaster in all processes from the brewing stages to final
packaging along with quality control checks. This position is also responsible for
developing new products and overseeing Brew House employees. The ideal candidate for this position
should have a bachelor’s degree preferably in chemistry or biology plus
professional brewer’s certificate from recognized institute (ie. Siebel
Institute, UC Davis, etc) and five plus years experience in the brewing
industry.
Salary is commensurate to experience. Cold Spring Brewing Company also offers
a benefit package that includes health, dental, life, and disability insurances
along with paid vacation and holidays, and a 401(k) retirement plan.

For those of you living in the upper Midwest lucky enough to have a Granite
City Food and Brewery within driving distance don't forget about the 1st
Annual Granite City Brew Off. Cost is $3 per entry. Enter online at
www.gcfb.com and drop your entries off at the nearest Granite City
Restaurant from April 11th - 25th. Your entries will be kept cold and
transported to the Des Moines judging site. Judging takes place May 15th.
