Minneapolis considers banning happy hour

Cutting off a source of revenue for most bars should really help them out in these hard financial times helping to keep people employed (from the bar employees to the brewery employees) right? Nate Hrobak, their Green Coffee Analyst/Planner will be conducting the cupping.When: 10:30 to 12:30 on Saturday, February 21st.What: participating in a coffee "cupping" where several different beans are shown in various degrees of roast, then are ground, brewed and evaluated by aroma, mouthfeel flavor etc.Where: 3900 Lakebreeze ave. If anyone is going to appreciate these big beers, it's the homebrewing community... 4packs We are proud to announce the arrival of the Samuel Adams ® Imperial Series. These three beers represent some of the biggest and most flavorful beers we have ever brewed. The Imperial Series includes two new beers, Samuel Adams ® Imperial Stout and Samuel Adams ® Imperial White plus an amped up recipe of an old friend, Samuel Adams ® Double Bock. We could give you some stats and tasting notes about these beers but Jim, our original homebrewer, wanted to be the one to tell you about them.
