I have a few seats left for our house concert at 8pm this Saturday, April
14 for Don Conoscenti. For those who haven't been to one before, it's an
intimate, acoustic concert with nationally and regionally touring folk
musicians... with HOMEBREW! The concert goes to 10:30pm or so, with one
intermission for beer refills and snacking. I'm providing a keg of "IPA
Name in the Road" - feel free to bring anything you've made to share with
the other guests.
Don Conoscenti is a friend of ours, coming from Taos, New Mexico just to
play our show. He is a guitar wizard, and retunes his guitar during his
shows by using a number of cutaway capos. He plays the strings BETWEEN
them, and it gives the appearance of his fingers dancing over the neck of
the guitar. His song lyrics are evocative and transporting.
Suggested donation is $15. RSVP if you can make it!

Seasonal Release 4/16/07
$2 glasses of Triple Oat Stout from 4-8pm
We will be having a Release Party on Monday for our latest seasonal - Triple
Oat Stout. Enjoy $2 glasses of our Triple Oat Stout from 4pm-8pm next
Monday.
Triple Oat Stout (6.5%abv): We used three types of Oats in this Oatmeal
Stout recipe - malted, flaked and Golden Naked Oats. They give a smoothness
to the beer that helps balance the sharp flavors of coffee, chocolate and
roasted grains. Hopped 100% with English Fuggle hops.
