Republic opens for brunch at 10am, so we encourage you to enjoy a meal with our gracious hosts once your bottles are checked in. *We will be using email, SMS & Twitter (experimental) to announce when and where your bottles will be poured*. We recommend you write your bottle numbers on your punch cards so you will know which numbers to watch for. The yeast culture for *The Parametric* was derived from dregs harvested from bottles at a the WTWBA Mpls event in 2011.
