We will select three home brews, sample them and informally offer CONSTRUCTIVE criticism with the goal of helping the brewer recognize and learn how to correct any perceived faults. We will also choose between doing a second round of samples to discuss or have a discussion on brewing technique. Only one speaker at a time please.
