The September meeting will be held
on Wednesday the 18th at the Nomad World Pub in Minneapolis
at 6:00 p.m.Here is the address:
There will be an agenda for this meeting as it is NOT a social meeting.
We will select three home brews, sample them and informally offer CONSTRUCTIVE criticism with the goal
of helping the brewer recognize and learn how to correct any perceived faults.
We will also choose between doing a second round of samples to discuss or have a discussion on brewing technique.
Only one speaker at a time please.

Selection of three home brews to be discussed
7:00 - 8:00 - Option 1: Select an additional three brews to be discussed
Option 2: Submit a brewing technique topic for discussion, such as:
"What is "Efficiency"? Explain it and how to correctly calculate it"
"What is "Attenuation"? Explain it and when/how to adjust it"
"I live in an apartment and have a bad back. How do I move all this beer around without killing myself?"
8:00 'til whenever: Enjoy the Nomad and relax.
Remember - This is "for profit" establishment, so please purchase a pint or two. If you, or others, think you've had too much, give up your car keys.
