Hey guys.
I made a very clear cider last year without adding any pectic enzyme. This year I did not
add it either and even though it has been sitting in secondary for over a month, it is not
clearing up like the other one did.
To clear it up, should I add the pectic enzyme now?
Or is there other things I should do?

Does the clarity affect the flavor? If not, I'd just drink it and not worry
about the clarity.
1. Cleanliness
2. Aroma
3. Flavor
4. Mouthfeel
5. Appearance

PS: It'll probably eventually clear up on its own, if you really want to
wait for it.

Depends on what you like. Clarity for cider isn't a concern of mine. Think of it as
a farmhouse or organic hard cider with lots of unfiltered goodness.
