I think the whole process was a ruse to get Surly into the nominators liquor store and it worked. The last 5 years has been a pretty amazing experience. To go from no one wanting our beer to where we are at now is nothing short of phenomenal. Head Brewer Todd Haug is the guy most responsible for getting us to this spot and we are lucky to have him brewing here.
