This leap year is no exception as plans are well underway for the "every leap year event". 'Leap Beer", the 5th annual Babble Brew Off event, is the largest competition of its kind in Illinois with last year's event seeing over 250 entries. An American Homerbrewers Association sanctioned event, "Leap Beer" brings area homebrewers together before Nationals and other local competitions.
