We will select three home brews, sample them and informally offer CONSTRUCTIVE criticism with the goal of helping the brewer recognize and learn how to correct any perceived faults. We will also choose between doing a second round of samples to discuss or have a discussion on brewing technique. Only one speaker at a time please. Explain it and how to correctly calculate it" "What is "Attenuation"? Explain it and when/how to adjust it" "I live in an apartment and have a bad back.
