20th Anniversary Party Prepping is Underway!
With the 20th anniversary party date closing in fast, things are starting to come together
here at the winery. Special releases are flying through the bottling and labeling process,
and were dusting off the the heritage bottles that Jon has kept hidden away for so many
years!

Our very own front end manager Selena found this gem of a recipe! She was even kind of
enough to make dinner for us so we could try it!
4 Chicken legs/thighs 1. Preheat
oven to 375F
2 Tablespoons olive oil 2. Fry the
chicken joints in the oil and
1 Tablespoon butter
until browned
1 Small onion-chopped 3. Put them
aside in a casserole dish
4 Ounces mushrooms 4. Make a sauce
by adding the chopped
Fresh Parsley-finely chopped onion to
the oil and butter in the pan
1 Teaspoon lemon juice and fry
for 2-3 minutes
5 Ounces White Winter Sweet Mead 5. Add the mushrooms,
parsley, lemon
Salt
juice, mead and seasonings
Pepper 6.
Stir well and cook for 3 minutes before
pouring the sauce over the chicken joints
7. Cover and cook in the oven for 1 hour
