Chicken In Mead Sauce  Our very own front end manager Selena found this gem of a recipe! She was even kind of enough to make dinner for us so we could try it! 4 Chicken legs/thighs 1. Preheat oven to 375F 2 Tablespoons olive oil 2. Fry the chicken joints in the oil and 1 Tablespoon butter until browned 1 Small onion-chopped 3. Put them aside in a casserole dish 4 Ounces mushrooms 4. Make a sauce by adding the chopped Fresh Parsley-finely chopped onion to the oil and butter in the pan 1 Teaspoon lemon juice and fry for 2-3 minutes 5 Ounces White Winter Sweet Mead 5. Add the mushrooms, parsley, lemon Salt juice, mead and seasonings Pepper 6. Stir well and cook for 3 minutes before pouring the sauce over the chicken joints 7.
