Hi all,
Kegged my 5 gallons of "She Devil" Imperial Stout. Finished gravity at 1.028 and OG was 1.112 if I remember correctly (I know I wrote that down!).
Some hop character, some good malt character, smooth on the palate....awaiting the barrel gods approval in December.

Thanks to Mark Glewwe for hosting the very successful cider pressing event last Saturday.
This was the first time I have had an opportunity to participate in a cider pressing, and I was amazed at the incredible taste and aroma of the freshly crushed apples, and at the way the character and flavor changed so dramatically as the blend of apples changed.
I'm hooked.
