Greetings from Rick and Dawn,
We both wanted to thank you for allowing us to be your host last evening for the light lager section of the BJCP training. We were very pleased with the turnout, quality (and quantity) of samples, information, and interaction of the group.
Thanks and looking forward to the next meetings.
By the way, one of my neighbors had a few questions about the new neon sign he noticed in the window. Guess I have some more splaining to do!
Have a great week-end and thanks again for the great turnout.
Sincerely,
Rick Oftel

Hey all,
Sorry for the late notice, but I actually just found out myself!
Lucia¹s is having a Belgian Beer tasting, including my very new Urthel
Hibernus Quentum Tripel !
Tonight, 8-close. Samplers are $6 for a little bit of every beer on the
list, which I think is 6 or 7. It¹s a screaming good deal, so if anyone can
make it, we¹ll see you there.
Lanny

This is a pretty cool idea for a web site:
http://www.cyberbrau.org/
The site uses open-source (PHP, free) web-based software also called
CyberBrau. It can be found at:
http://www.hotscripts.com/Detailed/13307.html
Here the description:
Cyberbrau is a Web-based program to help the homebrewer. It allows for very
simple and intuitive recipe creation, and it automatically calulates all the
pertinant information based on the selected ingredients and schedule. In
addition to the recipes, it allows multiple brewers to track their batches,
emailing them on racking, bottling, and lagering dates. Finally, it has a
'taster's review' section which allows those who try your brew to rate and
comment on the batch. This information goes into the overall recipe ranking.
If anyone would like to play with it, I'd be willing to host a site, or
possibly just a directory from MNBREWERS.COM, like BREW.MNBREWERS.COM or
something. Let me know if there's any interest...

Youse guys are just so technical. Thursday is after Wednesday but before Friday just like 9 is greater than 8 but less than 10.
Hope to see you Tomorrow (the day after today). I noticed that my address is missing from the posting and thought some last minute instructions may help.
As the crow flies: I live 1 block south of 62 crosstown and 5 blocks west of hwy 100 at the south west corner of 64 and Mildred.
As the roads twist: Exit hwy 100 at 70th street. If you exit from the north make a U turn under the bridge (left and left) and drive north on service road until 66th street. If you exit 100 northbound at 70th street, continue straight north on the service road until 66th street. (stay to the right else you re-enter hwy 100).
Turn left on 66 for a short block, first right on Josephine for 2 blocks, left of 64th for 5 blocks, and left again at Mildred.
Alternate exits include crosstown at France. South on France to 66th, west on 66th (about a mile) to Josephine. There are a few other exits but you need a map or a good dog.
See you tomorrow.

Hi John,
I've forwarded this to the list.
Not sure what the value is. Did you
buy them? Are they used? New?
Good luck,
Cheers,
Jim

> I have two cses (twenty-four) of one-liter porcelain-top (aka bail-top) bottles I would like to sell. They are good for beer, root beer, or champaigne. Could you tell me of any Twin Cities club newsletters that take advertising at a reasonable rate? Also, could you give me a clue on how much to charge for them. Or, could you suggest another way to go about disposing of them?
