JIG is scheduled to meet on Monday night at my place.
I called E*Trade today to find out what specific information needs to be included in the Letter of Instruction when we are ready to transfer the assets and cash to John. The information I received was a bit different than that originally given to Peg and me when we last called in October, 2016. Rather than all partners having to sign the letter, only Peg and I will have to sign it.
I have just downloaded the 2017 tax information from E*Trade and will start working on getting the K-1 forms to you ASAP. I haven’t gotten the hard copy in the mail yet.

Hi,
JIG meets tomorrow at my house. Thought it would be good to meet since we haven’t met in so many months. I have sent Jim an updated spreadsheet with the October, 2017 values of stocks needed for coming up with a final distribution for John. Since I didn’t send him the spreadsheet until this morning, I’m not sure if he’ll have time to do anything with it before tomorrow’s meeting. I also hope to have a draft agreement ready to look at tomorrow.
Hopefully, we can get back on a regular meeting schedule.
