Some thoughts on a better glassware choices for sparkling wine.

Had a great meal at Al Vento. Stellar pizzas and a really rich braised
short ribs with orzo.

Agreed to use a real wine glass for a good champagne. But for everyday
fizz, a trumpet flute is the most cheerful glass to clink!
