Amazing how much that kitchen has evolved. Better than ever.
Things are coming together nicely for next Thursday 12/14 at 6:30.
We'll be doing red meat of some sorts. Tenderloin perhaps.

We're going to pour some older things (early 90's). Old world
and/or older wines.
Bubbles, dessert wines, white wines and "ringers" always welcome.
We've got much of the menu lined up, so match away.
Of course champagne goes with everything and Pinot Noir/Burgundy
is "very food friendly". :)
