We're long overdue for a trip to the 510. While any pinot is fine, (pinot gris, pinot blanc, pinot noir) expect the line up to be more red than white, and a nice mix of Burgundy and New World Pinot. (Bring a Chilean Pinot Noir or a French Rose' at your own peril.) Administrivia. We have a new list-server. Majordomo has been replaced with ecartis. This allows for better filtering.
