Per "sipping", I will be attending the annual Paustis tasting this week, and next I have tickets to Orchestra Hall. Sorry, but keep me updated for October - I did like the idea of a beer and sausage tasting - and that with an Austrian/German wine theme is just a suggestion.  Let me know if a Fri or Sat night is a possibility.
