Hi karin
It was my original idea and I put this all together myself and got the
final arrangements done late last week when I met with the chef Adlai who
used to be the chef at Ursula's in White Bear Lake...he's very young and
talented. I go to Ursula's almost once a week and when he cooked there I
thought he was fantastic and was happy to find out where he ended up.
They preferred that the group do a tasting menu and keep it all the same.
Since it's a small kitchen they didn't want a whole lot of orders going in
at the same time.
There's still one spot available!
