In an effort to further explore the intricacies of wine and cuisine pairing, Surdyk’s is offering seminars featuring local chefs working along side our wine consultants. We will discuss fine cuisine, professional technique and the latest restaurant trends, as well as the art of pairing the perfect bottle of wine with your meal.
