We wanted to have one more dinner before we redo the kitchen.

I have 5 lbs of Tenderloin and will add to that as needed.

We're going to pour some older things.
Bubbles, dessert wines, white wines and "ringers" always welcome.
Of course champagne goes with everything and Pinot Noir/Burgundy
is "very food friendly". :)
