Greetings Minnesota Home-Brewers Rick here with another exciting brewing announcement. Saturday afternoon is the club meeting at Summit Brewing. This is the last official club event before the February elections. We will have a interesting agenda at this meeting and will be taking names, assigning responsibilities, and did we mention pouring beer! Hope you can make it to Summit. This is one of the other great meetings we have each year and we look forward to your participation. Not enough? OK, to get you primed up for the meeting at a major brewery, how about stopping by my little brewery on Saturday morning to get ready for Summit? I will be brewing a 14 gallon batch of Ol' Longshot Barley Wine using Dave's recipe and a Ringwood yeast culture. Need more? OK, we will also be serving a few remaining bottles of Ol' Longshot brewed with Dave's culture and recipe. Still not enough? OK then how about other beverages? We will have fresh coffee, stout, steam, porter, pale ale, root beer, siason, and cherry lambic. That's all folks. Let me know if you plan on attending. I will try to stretch out the basement as much as possible but there are limits. OK, let's summarize. Morning brewing at Ricks with coffee (someone bring donuts) and other beverages.
