Does anyone have any references for welders in the twin cities area?
Preferably someone who has welded keggles before.
I am thinking about switching from propane to electric this spring and am
weighing the pros and cons of having someone weld the fittings in for my
elements vs. going with a silver solder approach.

Please don't be welding any Summit "keggles" - A&D Fabricating are the
best in the area for sanitary work. Let me know if you want direct contacts.

Hi Scott,
I highly recommend Hans Early-Nelson, whose business is called “Primitive Precision
Metalcraft” in Minneapolis. He does a lot of art metal, but he used to work doing
sanitary welding and did a beautiful job on all of the tri-clover fittings on my 30 gal
electric system. He welded all of the fittings from the inside and they have a
mirror-like finish. He was quite economical as well. I will certainly go back to him
for my next welding project.
