Jon Hamilton, meadmaker at White Winter Winery in Iron River, WI will be present to talk about all of his meads. There will also be a "Commercial Calibration" of four selected meads by Ken Schramm, meadmaker and author of "The Compleat Meadmaker", along with three of the last four AHA National Meadmakers of the Year: Curt Stock (2005), Steve Fletty (2007) and Steve Piatz (2008).
