Thanks for the info. I don't remember seeing anything about
the BJCP mentioned in the AHA forms...and the BJCP never sent
anything...thus the confusion on my part.
We'll get it sorted out. ;-)

FYI, The AHA does not usually forward the info to the BJCP. The
information that you received from the BJCP should have had forms that you
should have sent to them. You also fill out similar forms for the AHA which
is mainly so that the AHA can publish the winner and track how the
competition goes from year to year. When I was organizing the Hoppy
Halloween Challenge (Karl G has done this the last 2 years) the forms from
the AHA specifically said that you must also submit forms to the BJCP. This
may have changed since then? These are 2 separate organizations.
I don't mean to sound condemning - just trying to help straighten this out.
It is probably a little confusing for someone who is a first time organizer.
