They are introducing new wines and will give tours and show how winemaking is done. They said that they will be having a Icewine that is a german tradition. I tried some in germany and it is great, it is a sweet dessert wine. You might want to think about going there that weekend of April 3 - 6. I will be going on the 5th to get some honey. I wanted orange blossom but their supply is out until May so I will be getting wildflower. I have never done a wildflower before. They also have two very good meads you can try and purchase.
