You must bring sour/wild beer to share. All left over beer from last year’s event has been cellared and will be brought back to share this year. In addition we have personally spent many dollars to obtain even more interesting beer to share. All commercial sour/wild beers are welcome. We won’t turn away a good, traditional farmhouse ale either (Thiriez, Blaugies, Fantome, Dupont, etc..) The only verboten beer this year is Duchesse de Bourgogne, as I have about 2 cases from prior years still to share. DO NOT WORRY ABOUT IMPRESSING. Too often people get caught up worrying about getting something obscure, while neglecting core beers. E.g. anything by Cantillon, 3 Fonteinen, Hanssens, Boon, etc... etc... are all great. We will post a list of "GOTS" on the website too as the event gets closer. Obscure is of course LOVED, but covering many different beers and styles is more important.
