Craft Beer drinkers and friends! Tomorrow is the big day! I will open the doors here at The Four Firkins at 10am on Saturday morning the 24th of May. I'm still waiting on various things like shirts and signs but the most important thing is the Beer and it's ready to sell! There will be samples of beer to taste from 5pm into the evening with the highlight being a limited quantity of the Avery Fifteenth Anniversary Ale. - A refreshingly tart, fruity, funky,farmhouse Ale brewed with black mission figs, hibiscus flowers and white pepper. Fermented with 100% Brettanomyces ( Wild Yeast). I will open a few bottles of this at 6pm, don't miss out! Parking will be tight, you might want to park at the empty commercial space that is kitty-corner to the Firkins on the NE side of Texas and Minnetonka Blvd and walk across the road.
