Geez, My welding shop on south Lyndale only charges $14. Sometimes
they hit me for a hazardous charge but I usually complain.

New subject: CO2 refills
Just so you have the price comparison:
I got refills for 2 tanks last summer at Praxair in Rochester.
20# - $17.06 after taxes
5# - 9.85
