So what does everyone think of this book? I was a bit underwhelmed. Lot's of great info, to be sure, and the best mead book I've seen, but it still lacks some detail, I think. For example, please correct me if I'm wrong, I read it quickly, but I don't think I saw any mention of creating a sparkling mead. The book seems to take the relax-don't-worry tack more than a hard technical approach. Flame away. ;-)
