We brewed an 8 barrel batch of Flat Earth Pale Ale to get our yeast started. We plan on brewing two 15 barrel batches next week. Things are almost done here. The beer cooler is nearing completion. Kegs and our keg filler are in route. If everything goes right we should have beer out to you, the patient consumer, in 2-3 weeks. Look for an email in the coming weeks about our beer release party.
