Dear Club Members, Just a quick update on Bob. He suffered a massive stroke on Mon. AM. His R side is paralized and there is no speech. He has quite a bit of swelling on his brain and once that subsides it will be easier to determine where we go from here. He was becoming more alert this evening and moving around in bed. He heard me talking about the beer club to one of the Drs. and had a big smile ( 1/2 smile ), so I know he is comprehending some things. Thank you for your words of encouragement, prayers and cards. I am going to be doing aroma therapy with him, using hops to evoke memories of better times. I know he will respond well. Thank you, again.
