Technical Conference for advanced homebrewers & professional brewers.

The Wisconsin Brewer's Guild announces the Wisconsin Beer Lovers
(WiBL) Technical Conference in Madison, WI, Saturday, February, 19,
2011. The conference features in-depth presentations on topics for
both the advanced homebrewer and professional brewer. Speakers
include James Altweis and Joe Wegner of Gorst Valley Hops, Mazomanie,
WI; Jeff Schafer of New Glarus Brewing, Mike Smith of Perlick, and
Tom Geordt of MicroMatic on kegging and draught quality; Jeremy King
of Northern Brewer on Indigenous Yeast Cultivation; Robin Shepard on
Wisconsin Water and Brewing, and Steve Hamburg, cask beer specialist
from Chicago, IL. Conference sessions begin Saturday, February 19,
2011, at the Inn on the Park Hotel, 22 South Carroll Street, Madison,
WI., from 8 AM - 1:30 PM.
