The Beer Judging class starts this Thursday night at
my house, 6pm!
Everyone welcome - please RSVP if you can. The first week is the famous
"Doctored Beer" seminar - VERY fun! If you have any homebrew that you think
represents particularly well one flavor, aroma or sensation - bring it
along! (ie, bitter, skunky, vegetal, etc.)

Here is the tentative agenda. If you feel qualified to lead one of the
class sessions, please let me know! Andrew is "on-the-road" this year, so
we don't really have a teacher for the entire class. Together, we can get
through it though.
