We now have growlers of our Hep Cat Blonde Ale. Originally brewed for the Twin Cities Jazz Fest, this light bodied beer is highly quaffable and just in time for BBQ season. Our big news for the month is the addition of a few new players to the Flat Earth team. Tim will be helping out, along with Bob in day to day operations at the brewery and Jack will be taking over our draft sales, so if you see them around say "Hi!" Growler Hours: We are open for growler sales Monday thru Friday from noon - 6:30 and Saturday noon - 3. The tasting lounge is open from 3:30 - 6:30 Tuesdays & Thursdays. Brewery Tours: Reservations are needed for our brewery tours now. Our April tours are full, but we do have spots available on our May tours (8th & 22nd).
