The images have different background color and if you look closely there is a grid pattern in the background of the image that is slightly different, which makes checksum detection more difficult. This current batch of emails is very clever and appear to be coming from infected computers running spam bots, the "paper trail" in the headers are very short sometime only a single mail hop. Blocking specific ip's isn't going to help here. I try to come up with something that helps filter these messages but as always no promises, as spam filtering is an ongoing game between the spammers and the anti-spammers .... sometimes the spammers get a leg up on things. -Russell
