Peter was the head brewer for 10 years at the legendary Rodenbach brewery in Roeselare, Belgium where he produced the famous Rodenbach sour red ale. He is currently the head brewer at the innovative New Belgium Brewing Company in Fort Collins, CO; the first brewery dedicated to producing Belgian-style ales in the U.S. New Belgium Brewing produces a myriad of beer styles from a Belgian-style pilsner to a dark abbey ale. Peter has directly applied his skills developed at the Rodenbach brewery by creating La Folie, the first sour, wood-aged beer of its kind in the U.S. As always, we want our speakers not only to amaze you with their brewing knowledge but also give you something you can use at home.
