Due to a scheduling conflict we are postponing the Rahr malting tour and moving the June 6th meeting to the sake bar Moto-i in Uptown. Details are still being worked out but we will be meeting around 10:00 or 10:30 am. The plan is to meet outside on their rooftop patio and tour their sake brewing facilities. This should be an interesting look at a different side of brewing not seen much outside of Japan. You will have an opportunity to order food, beer, wine, etc after the tour.
