MEAD DAY: AUGUST 1, 2020 7-9pm Our favorite summer holiday is fast approaching. That's right, Saturday, August 1st is MEAD DAY 2020 and boy do we have big plans for it. This year club members are invited to a virtual tour and mead tasting with one of 2019's most awarded meaderies - LOST CAUSE MEADERY out of San Diego, CA! Along with sharing their time, Lost Cause's owners Suzanna and Billy are pairing up with the Minnesota Home Brewers Association and offering us a special discounted rate on three exciting meads. DEVILRY: Raspberry mead with meadowfoam honey - $28 GSB: Grenache, syrah and blackberry mead with buckwheat honey aged on oak - $27 DEAR MONTANA: Traditional mead made with Montana sweet clover blossom aged on oak - $22 Bottle pick up is scheduled for mid July, please keep posted for more detailed information. Once you have bottles in hand, resist the urge to pop 'em because on the evening of August 1st we're getting a private tour of the Lost Cause facility as well as a Q&A session with Suzanna and Billy!
