The entry deadline is only 9 days away for the 10th Annual Upper Mississippi Mashout. All entries must be received by January 7th 2011. You can find more details about entering, volunteering and attending this yeast UMMO at www.mashout.org. The competition will be held on January 28th and 29th at Grumpy's in Roseville. We will be having guest speakers between judging sessions on Friday and Saturday and events following judging on Friday night.
