I'm pretty sure this is a re-run, since I've seen the Guinness ice cream
recipe before. I've made one batch, and it's delicious! Rich malty flavor
comes through, and the darker flavors blend really well with the sweetness.
Watch out for the chocolate sauce though, it'll kill you. :)

You know that this sounds interesting. If anyone has cable and would be
willing to tape the show, I would gladly try to duplicate some of it.
I don't think we have the facilities to make good fish and chips but the
Guinness Ice Cream with Dark Chocolate Honey Sauce sounds like a
exceptional creation. The only thing missing is a double chocolate
brownie under the ice cream! I wonder if they have a soft serve ice
cream machine at the hall? Hmmmmmmm.......

Mmmm! Maybe Rick will make this meal for the AHA First Round banquet on
Saturday night.... Heck, he'll have 4 days to assemble it after the
show
airs! ;-D
