I'm pretty sure Mike was using Centennial hops in Paddy Pale. Possibly also throwing in some Cascade. You may want to try experimenting with Centennial as the 2001 Cascade crop was severely damaged by a 'freak' hail storm back in June or July. Though I can't recall the exact acreage it was in the thousands and one of my hop purveyors considered the loss 'significant'.
