Good for Jeff! He is also a graduate of the Spring 2005 BJCP class -
which he passed with a NATIONAL score, BTW.
Does anyone know if Jeff is also the OWNER, or just the head brewer?

Jeff also used to work at Northern Brewer before he started working at
Town
Hall. If you haven't met him, he's a really nice guy. I wish him all the
best of luck with his endeavour.
I was talking with him about the brewery a couple weeks ago and have a
little info. They will have a tasting room for brewery tours, but it's not
going to be a brew pub. He said they'd be brewing to sell to bars and
possibly liquor stores to start with.

I can answer the question of who the brewer is.
It's Jeff Williamson
from Town Hall (he also took 1st in the 2004 St. Louis Brews Happy
Holiday Homebrew Competition for his Oktoberfest in the German Amber
Lager category. Sorry that's all I found online).

Sure, thanks for offering Ben. To help I'll
throw some questions I
thought up in the last couple minutes. Perhaps others might have a
few to add, would waiting until after the weekend to call work for
you? They might be closed anyways.
When do you plan to start brewing / when will it be available?
How will it be available? - kegs/ only at bars, bottles at stores?
What size operation bbl/yr will it initially be, how much will you
be able to expand to at your current location?
What beers or styles do you plan on targeting?
Will your beers have some sort of common theme?
(they are all super crazy hopped, you only use one strain
of yeast, they all have at least some of grain/adjunct X in them...)
Who is the master brewer(s)? What past experience do they have?
Why did you choose to locate in Minnesota?
Could you put more content on the website?
I was thinking about asking for a 'brewery cam', but a webcam of
fermenters bubbling might not be a big seller.
Will you be open for tours, if so, when?
