It is getting awfully quiet again. Is anyone brewing? What are you brewing? Thanks for asking Saturday Morning (yes that is tomorrow before noon) the little brewery is going back into action after a 1 month dry spell. Will be producing Dozer Ale (a.k.a. sleeping bulldozer) which is a high strength winter warmer. OK, Dozer should have been brewed 2 months ago but with an O.G. of about 18-19° Brix, it will gracefully mellow in glass until 2005 or so. If anyone is interested in stopping by tomorrow, I will be in the basement. If you knock on door and no-one answers, walk around the house and get my attention through the basement window.
