We brewed this beer in honor of their 15th anniversary. The first kegs arrived at the stadium yesterday for the home opener. Curly Tail Ale is an ordinary bitter, but don't be afraid of the word bitter. This beer is slightly sweet and smooth, with a touch of chocolate in the after taste. We used Golden Promise malt, medium and dark crystal malt, chocolate malt and brown sugar. It is hopped with three addition of UK Fuggles. Get out to the ball park and watch some outdoor baseball and grab a pint, available at the third base concession area.
